Hi, I'm Glynn, a positive, ambitious and resilient leader whom, operates with love, honesty and empathy striving relentlessly to add shareholder value by bringing clarity in ambiguity, and building high performing teams that see the positive potential in everyone.
Architecting and delivering integrated applications for enterprise-wide collaboration, my ultimate goal is to create a simplified and seamless experience for customers, employees, stakeholders and partners.
I am grounded in industry, with 20+ years’ success employed in a series of solutions architecture and technical leadership roles. Having implemented large ERP systems in more than 36 countries, with more than 15 companies, including Hewlett Packard in Silicon Valley, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Toyota and Autodesk and being the author of two highly-regarded specialised ERP platform implementation books.
Now, I lead the AGL Energy corporate technology delivery function, driving the delivery of a $5.5M Capex portfolio of enterprise applications that positively impact the entire organisation.
I believe that any successful technology transformation starts with a robust, fit for purpose architecture strategy. In consultation with executive teams and the broader business, I identify current challenges and future opportunities to develop innovative, scalable solutions for application across the entire supply chain.
Leading from the front, I set high standards for myself and others, applying strong EQ, supporting and nurturing individuals to build agile, accountable groups and customer-focused cultures. With a background partnering with executive teams to drive change, I apply my focus across the delivery life cycle, engaging with vendors and partners, systematically addressing underperformance and collaborating to define new ways of working.
Most recently, I have furthered the AGL goal of customer-centric transformation, delivering a portfolio of enterprise applications in partnership with key stakeholders, including the successful delivery of an intranet replacement for 8000+ users, enhancing user experience and generating predicted annual productivity savings of $1m.

What impressed me about Glynn from the outset was his ability to calmly bring people together who all had their own interests and need to be heard. Glynn has a way about him that, without direct forcefulness, encourages people to listen and to be guided by him. Glynn leads by encouragement and seeking positive outcomes. He has remained cool in situations where many others were not and, as such, achieved clear "go forward" agreement on design, approach and business solutions. He is able to lead and does so easily with or without direct authority. Glynn is someone who people at all levels of the business listen to.
