Responsible for the design and delivery of Schneider Electrics global online sales portal, used in excess of 50 countries and delivering more than $1 Billion USD turnover annually. Personally responsible for the leadership roll out and adoption in multiple countries.
Capgemini
Responsible for technology audits on multiple companies, analysing the congruency of business models and technology integration patterns for mergers and acquisitions.
Broadspectrum
Lead solution design and approach to transform the enterprise reporting capability, by using funding from a single project, to establish a suite of data models leveraged by the entire enterprise, resulting in a capital expenditure saving of $500K+ for the year.
AGL Energy
Analysed existing service model, moved repetitive operations offshore and established a strong business engagement framework. The result was an increase in team productivity, with improved business partnering, resulting in total annual opex saving of $180k.
AGL Energy
Motivated and drove the RFI/RFP and technology approach for a new intranet for all employees across AGL, “The Source” platform is targeted to introduce a 200+% increase in employee engagement and reduce inefficiencies valued at $5.5M over next 5 years.
